This is a very captivating antique Victorian oil painting on canvas. It's an enchanting winter scene with lots of wonderful details. Great colors. Nicely done. This special Victorian painting is in excellent original condition, except for a small repair that is near the woman, against the tree. I don't believe it takes away from the beauty of this painting. Original wood frame in old gold paint. The frame is also in excellent original condition and has a nice old patina. Original wire hanger. Circa 1880's.
