This is a lovely antique landscape oil painting on canvas. Charming old cottage along a winding stream with lots of colorful flowering bushes and lush greenery. Very pretty view including mountains and a wonderful sky. The painting is signed in the lower left corner by the artist, "John Spencier". The wood frame is original to the painting. The frame has nice details and old gold paint. Both the painting and the frame are in excellent original condition. Old wire hanger. Circa 1920’s.
