This is a wonderful antique oil painting on board of the Delaware River and a landscape scene in Historic, Bordentown, New Jersey. The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right corner, "E.C. Pennock". It is also signed on the back by the artist and titled, "Bordentown, N.J.". This is a great old, charming scene of Bordentown, N.J., the Delaware River, and a wonderful canal. It’s very nicely painted with bright, vibrant colors and with interesting details throughout. The painting is in excellent original condition. Original molded wood frame retains original gold finish. The frame is also in excellent original condition. Original wire hanger. Circa 1920’s.
