This is an extra large and very enchanting antique floral oil painting on canvas. This painting features a very interesting and delightful arrangement of flowers. The canvas is signed in the bottom left hand corner by the artist, "T. Lanypole". This mixed bouquet of bright, colorful flowers is in a shapely vase, sitting atop a table. The artist added an interesting element to the painting by placing flower petals on the table. This very appealing oil painting is in excellent original condition. The original wood frame with decorative gesso retains the original gold finish. The frame is also in excellent original condition with original wire hanger. Circa 1920’s. |
